Sometimes the app deletes things on its own in my cart. I'll add everything back in frustration and complete the purchase. After which, all the items that disappeared get placed back into the cart by themselves AFTER I ALREADY REFOUND AND READDED THE ITEMS, AND FINALIZED A PURCHASED. I also can't save anything for later, EVER. I am happy it's not so buggy anymore which is why I added some stars. :) it doesn't crash anymore! Good job:o

There interface is terrible...please fix this!!!! I have literally abandoned my cart and you lost a sale many times from me because it's so glitchy.....But I love Express clothes... there sales are the way to go. Between the free rewards and sales I get top quality designer items for very little money. There credit card is one of my favorites. It gives alot of opportunity to get free Express $$.

This app is so buggy. It constantly logs me out. Then when it logs me in it won't log in my rewards. I tried to login for my rewards at checkout and it messes up. I'm constantly having to close it and reopen it. I've deleted it and re-downloaded it multiple times. I will say things to my cart and they will be gone within hours. It just really needs a lot of developer work. It could be so much better.
